Where am I?

Where, oh where, is Annette, the tea lady?

Sometimes I wonder myself. (chuckle)

For those of you who may wish to see, smell, taste, and purchase our wonderful teas, I’ve decided to post for you the events and places I will be during the upcoming holiday season.

Here’s where I think I’ll be for the rest of October:

Business Relaunch Open House – at my home on Friday, October 12 from 10A-2P and Saturday, October 13 from 1-4P; email me at or PM me on Facebook for directions.

Virtual Tea Day – Tuesday, October 16 at 10:30A on Tea with Annette on Facebook, stop by and see the reviews this month; next Virtual Tea is on Tuesday, November 20; contact me to participate in that one.

Tea Tasting Beachside – Beachside Dance Club on Saturday, October 20 at 2P; Unit 110, 1790 Hwy A1A, Satellite Beach, FL; This is FREE, but seating is limited; you must reserve your spot by email or PM me on Facebook no later than Thursday prior by 8P ET.

Spooktacular Mini Makeover – Christmas Shopping – Saturday, October 27 from 9A-3P at Elmo’s Barber and Beauty Salon, Melbourne, FL

I’d be Tea-lighted to see you at any of these events.  Don’t rush around too much.  Remember to take time to smell the roses, enjoy the cool breezes and sip a nice cup of tea.

Virtual Tea time — almost

We are 7 days and counting to the next Virtual Tea.  Teas, blends and food samples have been mailed and are arriving to our tasters daily.  This Virtual Tea is on Monday, August 20 at 4P ET.  As before, we will be meeting on my Facebook page, Tea with Annette, to share our tea and food product reviews.

I hope you will join us or visit to see the reviews.  New blends introduced the beginning of August will be tasted along with a variety of teas and blends not reviewed during our previous Virtual Tea.

If you missed the previous one and want to know what it’s all about, you can go here to see our conversation.

Wishing you a tea-lightful Tuesday….

Wow! That Virtual Tea – What a Ride!

Sorry for the delay with the Virtual Tea report.  I’ve been busy since Thursday, welcoming new fans to my Facebook page and fielding questions about the Virtual Tea.  Hooray!

The premier Virtual Tea was a huge success.  I want to stop right here and thank each and every participant – the “other” Annette from FL, Deb from MA, Theresa from MI, Beth from FL, Kathy from CA, Janis from SC and Sarah from England.  Thank you truly, ladies.  I could not have asked for a better group for our first Virtual Tea.

If you’re interested in seeing our results, you can follow the thread from our Virtual Tea on my Facebook business page, Tea with Annette.  Here you will see the Tealightful teas and blends we reviewed as well as reviews for a couple of other Tealightful products.  Be sure you see Sarah’s video review from England.  What a surprising and tea-lightful addition that was.  When you are ready to place your order, I hope you will find these reviews helpful in making your selections.  Place your order here, or under the side heading on this page “Must See Tea Links, Tea shopping with Annette”

I’m already in the planning stages of the Virtual Tea for August.  Here’s what you need to know if you want to participate.  Right now I’m thinking about Monday, August 20th at 4P ET, to be confirmed within a few days.  You will need internet access, a Facebook account (You can create one for free and de-activate it when the Virtual Tea is over if you choose.), a willingness to taste test and review a tea or blend and about 30 minutes of your time to post your reviews and interact with other participants.  Let me know by sending me a PM on Facebook or email me at as soon as possible.

Again, thank you everyone for your participation and enthusiasm for the Virtual Tea.  It would have been impossible without you.

Virtual Tea tomorrow

It’s almost here and I can hardly wait.

Tomorrow is my first Virtual Tea.  To be honest, I’m a little nervous as well as excited.  It’s normal to be a bit nervous when attempting something new.  I think it means it’s something you care about, something you’re passionate about.  And that certainly describes how I feel about this venture.

All the participants have been most gracious.  They have asked questions and expressed their excitement about the teas and foods they’ve received. They’ve encouraged me, knowing it is my first time for a Virtual Tea.  I am fortunate to have a group of easy-going women helping me.  We will just go-with-the-flow and see what happens.  I do believe they will provide all of us with some interesting personal reviews and insights into tea.

If you’re not a participant this time, please stop by my Tea with Annette Facebook page tomorrow afternoon or evening.  The Virtual Tea begins at 3:30P ET and the reviews will continue to be available after the Virtual Tea is over.

If this sounds intriguing and you’d like to participate in a Virtual Tea, let me know.  The next one will be scheduled soon.

Gotta run.  Time for a tea refill.

And we’re off!

I’ve just returned from the post office.  I was there mailing out all the tea samples for my first Virtual Tea.  I’m tea-lighted to have participants from the east coast, the midwest, and California.  I’m even more excited to have someone participating from England.

Now I’ll be holding my breath until I hear that everyone has received her package.

No, guys, you aren’t excluded; I just didn’t have any men express interest for this first one.  More are planned so let me know if you want to participate.

I’m looking forward to honest reviews from real people like yourselves.  It’s easy for me to say I love the teas, but I want you to buy them from me.  This will provide you with some more objective reviews to help you select the right tea for you.

So the two week countdown begins.  We’re heading for 3:30P ET on Thursday, July 26.  I can hardly wait!

A Virtual Tea

In case you missed this information on my other sites and social media, here’s what you need to know about my upcoming Virtual Tea.

First, the Virtual Tea is on Thursday, July 26 at 3:30P ET.  We will be meeting on my Facebook page, also called Tea with Annette, at that time.  Only 15-20 minutes of your time is required.  As long as you have internet access and a Facebook account, you can participate.

Second, I’m looking for a group of 8-10 participants for this first Virtual Tea. I have seven (7) registered already so we still have space for a few more.  The deadline for registering is Thursday, July 12.  This deadline will give me plenty of time to be sure everyone receives their tea samples in time for the Virtual Tea.  I will be mailing out samples of our Tealightful teas and a couple of people have agreed to taste test food products.  At our designated meeting time on Facebook we will get to know our fellow tea lovers and get their reviews of the teas and foods they tested.

If you are interested in participating this time, let me know soon.  You can comment here, PM me on Facebook or contact me on Twitter.  If you’re interested but this day, date or time is not good for you, let me know.  I have a waiting list with three (3) others who have conflicts as well.  I will be working to schedule another Virtual Tea soon to accommodate this group.

I’m looking forward to kicking back with my cup or glass of tea, meeting some fellow tea lovers and getting some great feedback on our products.  I hope you can join us.
